Steel Supplied, Cut & Drilled to Your List

Send your cut list — we supply the steel, cut it to length and drill the holes, slots and mitres, all to structural tolerance. Heavy sections up to 900 mm on our new KL90010-T laser, with mill-cert traceability. A structural fabricator processing your steel — not a rough merchant yard.

Why Buy Processed

Most merchants sell you the section. We cut and drill it too.

Skip the second vendor for cutting, the third for drilling and the rough flame-cut edges. Your steel arrives cut to length, holes to pattern, weld-ready — from one accountable Melbourne workshop.

What We Do

Supply, cut and drill — to your exact list

01 — SUPPLY

Steel Supply, with mill certs

Structural sections supplied from stock — beams, columns, channels, angles, tube and plate — or sourced fast from the major distributors we sit beside in Dandenong. Prefer to bring your own? BYO steel welcome; we record the mill cert either way.

  • Grade 300/350 to AS/NZS 3679, mill certs supplied
  • Carbon, stainless (304/316) & aluminium
  • Or supply your own — full traceability kept
02 — CUT TO SIZE

Cut to length, mitre & bevel

Precise cut-to-length to your list — square, angled or ±45° weld-prep bevel — up to 13.5 m in a single pass on the KL90010-T. Automatic cross-section detection means mixed profiles run as one job, with clean edges straight off the machine.

  • Straight, mitre & bevel in a single pass
  • Up to 13.5 m — no segmentation or re-welding
  • Plasma & saw for plate and heavy sections
03 — DRILL & PUNCH

Holes, slots & hole patterns

CNC drilled bolt holes, slot patterns, copes and notch features to your drawing — cut in the same setup as the length, so parts land weld-ready and repeatable. No manual marking, no second-stage handling.

  • CNC drilling & punching to pattern
  • Copes, notches & end-plate detailing
  • Repeatable across batch runs
The New Equipment

Cut and drilled in-house — nothing sent out

Cutting, bevelling and hole work are done on our own 5-axis CNC tube laser, so your cut list is never sub-contracted and it is held to the same tolerances we use on our own fabrication work.

  • Galvanised angles & flat bar — 150×100 UA in 10 mm and 12 mm; 200×10 flat bar.
  • Retaining wall steel — 100 PFC and 150 PFC C sections, 90° and 135° corners, 100 UC and 150 UC H sections.

Full traceability

Mill certificates, cut lists and inspection records tagged to your order and supplied on request.

FAQ

Steel supply & processing — your questions

Can you supply the steel, or do I bring my own?
Both. We supply structural sections from stock (or source specialty sizes fast — we're beside the major distributors), or you deliver your own material for processing. Either way we record the mill certificate against your job.
Do you cut to my exact lengths and cut list?
Yes — send a cut list, DXF/STEP file or a marked-up drawing. We cut square, mitred or bevelled to length, up to 13.5 m in a single pass, with no re-fixturing between profile types.
Can you drill holes, slots and hole patterns?
Yes. CNC drilled bolt holes, slots, copes and notch features to your drawing — cut in the same setup as the length, weld-ready and repeatable across batch runs.
What sizes and sections can you process?
Round tube (CHS) to 900 mm OD, square/rectangular tube, H-beams and columns to 800×300 mm, channels, angles, plate and flat bar — up to 25 mm thick and 13.5 m long.
Do you provide mill certificates and traceability?
Yes. We maintain mill-cert traceability from supply through to dispatch, and provide cut lists, material certificates and inspection records on request.
How fast, and can I collect or have it delivered?
Most jobs are ready in days. Collect from 6 Damian Court, Dandenong, or we deliver Melbourne-wide (interstate by freight). Cut steel can be bundled with any fabrication we're doing for you.
